September 22, 2025: Regarding United States Orders & Fulfillment

To our valued US customers,

As mentioned in Phase Weekly, we are pleased to announce that order processing and fulfillment to the United States has resumed.

Please note that this is currently being managed through temporary solutions, with restoring service to our US customers as our priority. We have begun making the necessary warehousing and logistical changes to ensure fulfillment is running at the highest capacity possible given the uncertain circumstances. Other adjustments may follow as we continue monitoring the situation revolving around tariffs and de minimis for US orders. 

Regarding the merchandise runs affected by the initial service pause, we have set new end dates for the following campaigns:

Rinkou Ashelia’s Birthday Celebration - September 30th

Dokuro Dizzy’s Birthday Celebration - October 7th

Chisaka Airi’s New Outfit Celebration - October 13th

Hakushika Iori’s Birthday Celebration - October 22nd

August 28, 2025: Important Shipping Update for United States Customers

To our valued US customers,

Effective August 29, 2025, the United States government will eliminate the de minimis exemption on imports under $800 USD. As a result, all shipments into the United States must now clear customs and will be subject to duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. Shipments originating from Canada will incur a flat 35% tariff on the product value.

In light of this significant policy change, Phase Connect Shop will be temporarily pausing all orders and shipments to the United States, applicable to both new and existing pre-orders. This measure is necessary to ensure that neither our customers nor our operations absorb costs at a level that is unsustainable. 

Please note that no retroactive duty charges will be applied by us, but shipment of US orders will remain on hold until a viable logistics solution is secured.

To accommodate this pause, we will extend the pre-order periods for merchandise drops during this time, ensuring that US customers will not miss the opportunity to secure current and upcoming releases once shipping resumes.

We are actively engaged with our logistics partners, including Canada Post, to evaluate new compliant options that allow us to resume US fulfillment as soon as possible. We are also looking for other alternative solutions to keep the service interruption to a minimum. Updates will be communicated as soon as further clarity is available and as the situation develops.
