Order

When will my order be processed? 

Pre-Orders will be processed after the designated dates. Regular orders will be processed with in 3 business days after being placed. 

Can I refund my order?

All sales are final. We unfortunately will not be able to provide any partial or full  refunds on your order.
Your order is eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase if the product(s) purchased is(are) deemed to be defective. Please contact us through email to report a defective item. You will need to provide us with your Order Number, along with proof of defective product. 

Can I exchange my order? 

Pre-Orders are not eligible for exchange. Normal orders are eligible for exchange within 14 days of purchase. Additional shipping cost will incur. Please contact us through email for exchange inquiries. 

Shipping

Do you shop internationally?

Yes, we ship world wide. Different shipping rates will apply depending on your location.

  • Canada & U.S - Flat rate of $20. Free shipping for orders above $150 before taxes.
  • International - Flat rate of $30. Not eligible for free shipping. 

Please note, we are transitioning warehouses and there are some items that use standard postal rates. 150 Free shipping still does apply for any shipments using these rates for Canada and US.

How long does shipping take?

Any Pre-order items will have their estimated shipping date listed in the product description but generally will take anywhere from 2-6 months depending on complexity of the item. Please note that these are estimates and may ship earlier or later than expected.

Where do you get your products?

We work with original artists and creators within the community to create the designs to our products. We then work with manufacturers from North America, China, and Japan to produce them. We retain the rights to all our products and credit the artists and designers where applicable. 

Are you drop shipping your products?

We do not dropship our products to ensure higher level of quality and standard. 

Why does my product look different from your website?

The product images on our website have been processed with artificial lighting for display and demonstration purposes. The product itself will not look any different from the displayed pictures unless it's a Pre-Order item. 

Do you sell your products anywhere else?

Currently you may only find our products for sale through our official website (This website) and at conventions that we host/attend. All other channels of sales are not official, and we will not be responsible for any financial or materialistic loss resulting from unofficial transactions.
