August 2026: Follow-Up Shipping Update for European Union Customers
To our valued EU customers,
Shipping is now available again to affected European Union destinations. While Canada Post continues to suspend its standard parcel services to these regions, we have introduced new flat-rate air shipping options based on order weight to ensure customers can continue receiving their orders.
New EU Shipping Rates

Tracked Packet (Air) — Under 1 kg: $20

Expedited Parcel (Air) — 1–3 kg: $30

Expedited Parcel (Air) — Above 3 kg: $50
This flat-rate structure provides clear and predictable shipping costs, with the applicable rate automatically determined by total shipment weight. We will continue to monitor Canada Post service availability and review our shipping options as regular services return.
Affected destinations: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Luxembourg, and Portugal.

July 2026: Important Shipping Update for European Union Customers
To our valued EU customers,
Canada Post has temporarily suspended parcel acceptance to select European Union destinations due to newly implemented EU customs requirements for low-value shipments. As a result, we are unable to process and ship orders to the affected countries until further notice.
To ensure all customers have a fair opportunity to participate, the following merchandise campaigns will have their pre-order periods extended:

- Komachi Panko Birthday 2026
- Phase Connect 5th Anniversary
- OriginS 5th Anniversary
- ALiAS 4th Anniversary
We will continue to monitor the situation on a biweekly basis. Orders destined for impacted countries will remain on hold while we work with our logistics partners to establish an alternative shipping solution.
