Custom roasted coffee bean inspired by Remilia Nephys レミリア・ネフィス

This will be a rare blend of coffees since she’s the daughter of an angel and a demon. We will put together two vastly different coffees, one from the darker side and one from the brighter side. To represent the demonic side, we have decided to go with a deep rich coffee from Indonesia where the bright side will be from Peru. Due to the strength of the Indonesian coffee we will only be using a 25/75 combo otherwise the balance would be thrown off!
