A coffee from Nicaragua. The farm we work with is extremely straight with their crops ands sometimes with unlucky weather it doesn’t pay off. We selected a coffee that’s harder to grow to match her gambling personality but when it’s good it’s extremely good, and when it’s a bad year the production is just extremely low. The coffee has notes of stone fruits, cherries and caramel.
